What this is: Here is a simple Birthday party planning checklist, a lot of this stuff is for parties at a party place and assuming that you would be doing the decorations, you could remove those sections if you are hiring someone else to decorate, or if it is at your own home.
How I use it : - I put the printed version on the fridge and get great satisfaction out of crossing things out as I get them done
- I find it especially handy in delegating tasks to the others and then i can just check on them.
